INTERNATIONAL MAIL SERVICE SUSPENSIONS

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Once you place an order on our site, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at orders@lurkingclass.com (Subject: CANCEL ORDER: ORDER #). Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
After an order has been placed, we are unable to change items, sizes, colors, shipping addresses, or email addresses. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, during business hours, and all orders ship from our Carlsbad, CA warehouse. Orders placed after 11AM PT on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund to your original method of payment.
Returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging/tags may not be accepted.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and are not the original purchaser, we can offer store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (typically within 1-3 business days of delivery), approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not available at this time.
If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@lurkingclass.com (Subject: Damaged/Defective: Order #) within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
- Include your order number in all return-related communications.
- Returns received after the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Product images, descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All items purchased from LurkingClass.com are sold and shipped from the USA. International buyers assume all responsibility for international shipping charges in addition to all local taxes, VAT, duties, and / or tariffs. By completing international order process, buyer assumes responsibility to pay any associated charges, if applicable.
International shipments can get a bit tricky depending on destination country. LurkingClass.com ships primarily through the United States Post Office and can only provide tracking information while merchandise is in country of shipping origin. Once an international order has left the country of origin, USA, all inquiries about said order must be taken up with local customs and parcel delivery services.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, LurkingClass.com is unable to pay for international exchanges. International buyers must pay for any shipping associated with any exchanged item. Any duties and taxes will not have to be paid again during the exchange.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 3 business days after any returned merchandise has been received and approved by our warehouse team. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. A confirmation of your refund will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your order.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discounts and promotional codes apply to full-price items only and cannot be used on sale or marked-down products.
