What if I Forgot to Add Free Tee/Hoodie/Jacket to my order?

Please email orders@lurkingclass.com with your order number. 

Once we verify that your order qualifies for the promotion, we’ll send you a code to place a separate order for your free tee/hoodie/jacket. 

*PLEASE NOTE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF THE FREE TEE/HOODIE/JACKET.

 

Free Shipping Policy

Lurking Class offers free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the continental United States. This offer is valid only on qualifying full price merchandise and applies to the order subtotal after discounts, promotions, and before taxes and shipping fees.
Please note the following exclusions:
  • Certain promotional or discounted products may be excluded from free shipping at our sole discretion.

 

Order Processing Times (November - December)

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and Tracking Number to be sent. Due to the higher volume of orders during the months of November and December we will experience slightly longer order processing times. We appreciate your patience during this busy season. If you haven’t received your Tracking Number after 5 business days please reach out to orders@lurkingclass.com with your order number for a status update. 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE / RETURNS

    For Returns & Exchanges: (shipping costs are non-refundable)

    We will gladly refund your original method of payment when the item is returned and inspected. Exchanges are not offered at this time.

    Returns must not have been worn, used or altered. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference.

    If you are not satisfied with any product you've purchased, please email customer service immediately to resolve the issue: orders@lurkingclass.com

    If you decide to return any items you've purchased, please consider the following:

    • Check all merchandise for potential damage, defects, or any missing items upon arrival.
    • All returns must be in original, unwashed and unworn, condition.
    • All returned items must be received by Lurkingclass.com within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after a 30-day period.
    • Please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.
    • Please include order number in any email regarding returned merchandise.
    • Ship your return back to us using your choice of carriers, however we recommend using an option with tracking.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we will start processing the return once it's received by our warehouse.

     


    We do our best to present the most accurate description of our products on our website, but sometimes we make mistakes. We're all humans, sorta. All imagery, product description, pricing, and availability are subject to change. All payment reimbursements will be applied to original payment method. No exceptions.

    If you're returning an item that was given to you as a GIFT and you are NOT the original buyer, please give us a heads up. We are able to exchange gifts for other items of equal or lesser value based on their availability. If any, please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.

     

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

    All items purchased from LurkingClass.com are sold and shipped from the USA. International buyers assume all responsibility for international shipping charges in addition to all local taxes, VAT, duties, and / or tariffs. By completing international order process, buyer assumes responsibility to pay any associated charges, if applicable.

    International shipments can get a bit tricky depending on destination country. LurkingClass.com ships primarily through the United States Post Office and can only provide tracking information while merchandise is in country of shipping origin. Once an international order has left the country of origin, USA, all inquiries about said order must be taken up with local customs and parcel delivery services.

     

    INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

    Due to the high cost of shipping internationally, LurkingClass.com is unable to pay for international exchanges. International buyers must pay for any shipping associated with any exchanged item. Any duties and taxes will not have to be paid again during the exchange.

     

    REFUNDS

    Refunds will be made within 3 days after any returned merchandise has been received. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. A confirmation of your refund will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your order.
