What is the minimum opening order?
Our standard opening order minimum is $2,000 USD.
What is the minimum reorder?
Reorders have a $500 USD minimum.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment by credit card or debit card through our secure Shopify wholesale checkout.
At this time, we do not offer payment terms. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Do you offer Net terms?
No. We are currently operating on a prepaid-only basis.
Do you offer pre-book or presale orders?
Yes. We will periodically offer presale opportunities on upcoming collections.
How do presale orders work?
When a presale is available:
- Retailers will receive product information and ordering deadlines.
- Orders must be submitted before the presale closes.
- Inventory is reserved based on confirmed orders.
- Products will ship once inventory has arrived and been received into our warehouse.
Estimated delivery dates are subject to production and freight timelines.
Why aren't all products available for wholesale?
Some products are not available to independent wholesale accounts. We focus our wholesale offering on styles that can be consistently supported for our retail partners.
Can I order online?
Yes. Once your wholesale account is approved, you'll receive access to place orders through our Shopify wholesale portal.
